  • Designed and managed broadcast infrastructure across four simultaneous stages, integrating camera switching, media servers, projection workflows, and livestream outputs.

  • Coordinated distributed technical teams managing stage production, livestream operations, and post-production pipelines.

  • Architected signal flow and production control systems integrating animated media, live cameras, and remote speaker feeds.

  • Managed vendors, engineers, and volunteers from planning through show execution and post-production media archiving.

  • Ensured stable technical environments for speakers delivering complex technical presentations and live demonstrations.

Led technical production and AV infrastructure for conferences and events across the Protocol Labs ecosystem.
